I have had a very good experience with Renuka Infocom. Here’s what I like about them:
1.Rohit is very responsive. If I have questions, he always gets back to me right away. 2.The accountants who seem to be doing most of my work are very good. The work has been done accurately, and there is a detailed report about any issues. They even notice discrepancies between the current month and prior periods when they were not doing the work. For example, they have pointed out that a certain vendor was previously classed as “Telephone Expense” and now I have it classed as “Utilities.” 3.I think the number of hours they charge is very fair for the work. I am in private practice for myself, so I have a very good handle on how long it takes me to do certain things. They tend to do things in the same amount of time, or only a little extra time, which is to be expected because they are having a learning curve with my clients. 4.I guess what I would say in sum is that their work is good, they are generally available to do things on short notice, and their pricing is good. I tried some other offshore vendors and had a poor experience and have been with Renuka Infocom now for about two years. She was both professional, and very personable, willing to work around the clock to get our project done in a timely manner.
